     I believe if you put your mind to it you can get your work done no matter how hard the task is for you.  You just need to set higher goals for yourself, because I know you can accomplish more than what is being done at this point.  You seem to be a great team player and you seem to enjoy the accomplishments that the team gets done together as a group.  I feel you need to work harder as an individual and to focus on task and follow through on it till it is done not just do things without putting your heart and soul in it.  I guess it just comes down to trying your best and feeling good about yourself and what you do.
